2 sessions, 45 minutes each. All materials supplied. This is a free event sponsored by Inverness Gathering. Stick around after your session for a kite flying photo in the field across from Freeman’s Phamacy.

Build a kite workshop. Get creative with your souvenir kite and decorate it with memories from your time in Inverness during Gathering Week…or however you like!

Bell invented the tetrahedral kite, and experimented with the shape while working towards his goal of powered flight.

Children under 12 require adult assistance
